I just want to say Bob did an absolutely awesome job getting my loan. I needed to refinance my house, my credit score is pretty good, but my income is just enough and I have a little complicated situation, but Bob is so diligently help me with my paperwork, he also speeds up the approval process even with my delayed paperwork.
